Questions and answers about the first aid course

How can I register?

Select a date on the course page and fill out the online registration form. You will receive a registration confirmation as Email.

How long is my course certificate valid?

The first aid certificate is valid for 2 years.

I have lost my certificate. What can I do?

No problem! Within one year you have the possibility to order a second certificate.

How long does the course last?

The First Aid Course course lasts 9 teaching units of 45 minutes each (7.5 hours).

What all do I need to bring?

Writing materials if you want to take notes, interest am course and good humor.

Please also bring your photo ID (identity card, residence permit or travel document).

If paying in cash, please still bring the course fee, if possible, suitable for the day of the course.

Are there breaks during the courses?

There are regular short breaks in our courses.

What all do I need to bring for the eye test?

Please bring a photo ID (ID card or passport) and glasses or contact lenses if necessary.

How much does the eye test cost?

The eye test costs €9.90 and can be done as part of your first aid course with us. So you don't have to go to an optician or ophthalmologist and make an appointment there.

What do I do if I don't pass the eye test?

If the eye test is not passed, the eye test must be performed again with a visual aid (glasses).

How long is the eye test certificate valid?

The eye test certificate must not be older than 2 years when presented.

Can I get my money back if I am unable to attend am ?

If you cancel your participation before the start of the course, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
