The following general terms and conditions apply to all registrations or bookings made via this online platform. By checking the AGB box during a registration/booking, you accept the general terms and conditions.
Registration/Booking
The registration/booking can only be made online and is binding. You will receive a registration confirmation via Email. If you have not received a registration confirmation, please inform us immediately. The GTC's become part of the contract between participant and organizer with the registration.
Payment scheme
The participation fees are to be paid in due time. The payment can be made online in the booking system. If no online payment has been made, the course fees must be paid in cash no later than am course day (no credit card payment possible).
Withdrawal/Cancellation
Cancellation by phone or SMS are NOT allowed. If your participation is not possible, you can cancel your booked place (by mail) at least 48 hours before the course starts: info@erstehilfemuenchen.de
In case of no-show of the participant am course day can not be canceled. The course fees will be charged.
Illness or accident
If participation is not possible due to illness or an accident, the course fees can be waived with proof (e.g. a medical certificate). am The proof must be sent to the following Email address at the latest on the day of the course: info@erstehilfemuenchen.de. If this happens outside the deadline, the proof can not be taken into account.
Insurance
For all courses we exclude any liability for damages incurred. The course participant is responsible for his or her own insurance coverage. No liability is assumed for theft and loss of items.
About the organization
If the number of participants is too low, the course may be postponed or cancelled. In any case, you will be informed within a reasonable period of time via Email . All payments already made will be refunded. Beyond that there are no further claims.
Use of the data
The data from the registration will be treated confidentially. We refer to our detailed privacy policy.
Changes to these GTC
"erstehilfemünchen" reserves the right to change or amend these GTC for the future.
